1. Refund Eligibility

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Refunds will be initiated only if one of the following conditions is met:

  • The product delivered to you is defective or damaged.

  • The product you receive is significantly different from the description on our website.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide supporting evidence such as photos or videos clearly showing the defect, damage or discrepancy at the time of opening the parcel.


2. How to Claim a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Record an unpacking video showing the entire opening process.

  2. Provide the unpacking video without cuts that clearly shows the parcel condition and product condition upon opening.

  3. Send the video along with your order number and a brief description of the issue to:

3. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your refund request and supporting video, our team will inspect the evidence.

  • If the claim is approved, we will proceed with the refund.

  • If the claim is rejected (e.g., video not clear or product not eligible), we will inform you with an explanation.


4. Refund Process & Timeline

Refunds, if approved, will be processed based on the original payment method used by you:

  • Credit/Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking: May take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account after approval.

  • Other payment methods: Refund timelines may vary based on third-party payment processors.

Please note that shipping charges, if any are non-refundable unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
